Sharon Osbourne suffered a collapse from "mental and physical fatigue."
After collapsing Friday night, Sharon Osbourne is taking a month-long break from her CBS show The Talk.
Last week, Osbourne had a grueling schedule in New York and Toronto. She wasn't feeling well, and upon returning to Los Angeles, she "collapsed from mental and physical fatigue," her rep told ET.

"Sharon has been advised [by her doctors] and has
agreed to to take a month hiatus to recover fully from these recent
events," her rep said. 'Sharon would like to thank everyone at The Talk for granting her this time off and to all friends, family and
others for their incredible support."
It's been a rough year for Osbourne. The 62-year-old had hernia surgery in March and then caught pneumonia. "Her doctors
report that she is suffering from 'extreme exhaustion'
and assessed that she most likely returned to work too soon after being
hospitalized recently for pneumonia," her rep added. Kelly Osbourne filled in for her mom on the talk show after the surgery.
Next week's episodes of The Talk were pre-taped, so the hosts will address Osbourne's condition at the beginning of June and rotating guests will sit in during her absence, a show rep tells ET.

Unfortunately, Osbourne is all too familiar with medical setbacks. She was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in 2002 and underwent a double mastectomy in 2012 after discovering she was predisposed to the breast cancer gene.
