You can do it, Sam!
Sam Smith is so close to accomplishing his goal, and we can all see it.
The "Stay With Me" singer is looking slimmer than ever, and he posted on Friday that he's feeling "happier and healthier than ever" with just four pounds left to go until he reaches his target weight goal.
While he did not share the exact weight he’s trying to reach, the Grammy winner has credited nutritionist Amelia Freer and her book Eat. Nourish. Glow.: 10 Easy Steps for Losing Weight, Looking Younger & Feeling Healthier for his success.
"[Amelia Freer] has completely transformed my relationship with food," Smith wrote a month ago on Instagram. "Everyone go check out her incredible book, and start to live healthy. It's not even about weight loss it's about feeling happy in yourself. Love you Amelia & thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out."

At the time, he had lost a "stone" (more than fourteen pounds) in just two weeks.
But according to The Sun newspaper, Smith has more than Freer to thank for his transformation. In fact, he was inspired by the Queen B! He said he had "a conversation with Beyonce about food, which was great."
Does he do her workout though? Recently, Beyonce showed off leg lifting, punching with weights and lunging as part of her fierce routine.

There's no doubt that both of these artists are inspiring a little extra motivation!
