The 'SNL' star plays media coach Janessa Slater in this incredibly funny, awkward episode of 'Sound Advice,' guest starring Nick Jonas.
Nick Jonas is looking for some advice, and he's gone to the wrong person: Janessa Slater and her talk show Sound Advice.
Saturday Night Live star Vanessa Bayer stars as Slater -- an awful media coach -- in this incredibly funny web series, in which she gives horrible, often nonsensical advice to some of the biggest names in music while working hard to make the conversation as uncomfortable as possible.
In this episode, Nick gets music and love advice, including the suggestion that Nick should try making one-word songs, creating a Thanksgiving-themed album and dumping his Miss Universe girlfriend.

The series has a very similar vibe to Zach Galifianakis' Funny or Die series Between Two Ferns, but Bayer brings a great, uncomfortable energy to the insane questions and painfully awkward small talk.
Recently, Nick also talked with ET about the recent shakeup with One Direction. Check out the video below for more.
