Nick Cannon reveals how Monroe and Moroccan will be dealing with his and Mariah's split this Christmas.
Don't expect any Mariah Carey trash-talking from Nick Cannon.
Nick surprisingly opened up about his split from Mariah Carey this year during an interview with Good Morning America on Monday. The 34-year-old actor revealed how the couple's three-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, will be coping this holiday season.
"We'll forever be family," Nick said of Mariah. "At the same time, we're there for our children, making them the number one priority and understanding that they're loved and can have an amazing holiday."

Nick confirmed the couple's separation in August, after multiple reports that the two were calling it quits after six years of marriage.
"There's trouble in paradise," he told The Insider, adding that the two have been living in separate houses for months.
One month later, he defended Mariah in an epic 19-tweet rant.
What infuriates me most is to hear people slander @MariahCarey . I will forever be in debted to her for blessing me with our children...

Nick was on GMA Monday to promote his new children's book inspired by his own kids, Roc and Roe's 12 Days of Christmas, and also revealed how the Cannon/Carey family typically celebrate Christmas.
"It's always a house full of people, and pets and dogs, and you know Christmas Eve we like to have sleigh rides and reindeer so it's a lot of fun," he says about their action-packed holiday. "Everything seems over the top, but it really happens."
... Well nobody ever accused these two of being subtle, right?
