Britney Spears is off the market again.
Love is in the air for Britney Spears.
After multiple reports that the 32-year-old pop star has moved on from ex-boyfriend David Lucado with 31-year-old writer and producer Charlie Ebersol, she all but confirmed the news in an interview with Jersey Shore's Pauly D.
"Yes, there is a special someone. It's very new," she said last night as she was celebrating "Britney Day" in Las Vegas, when she received the keys to the city.

The pair are "taking it very slow," according to People.
"He is the sweetest guy ever and they are very much enjoying getting to know one another," E! Online adds. "They are both very happy and having fun. It's just the beginning so no idea if it will become serious, but right now they are having a lot of fun together."
So just who is the lucky man that caught Britney's eye?
Ebersol is the son of former NBC Sports chief Dick Ebersol, and besides co-founding The Company -- an entertainment business that creates TV shows like USA's The Moment and TNT's The Great Escape -- he's also a filmmaker. In 2006, he produced and edited Ithuteng (Never Stop Learning), a 2006 documentary about at-risk youth in South Africa.
Though Ebersol is certainly accomplished career-wise, let's hope history doesn't repeat itself for Britney. Her last relationship didn't end so smoothly, with the "Baby One More Time" singer putting Lucado on blast for cheating on her during her Piece of Me show in September.
"So, I know you know my boyfriend cheated on me, but the best thing about being cheated on is I get to go on more first dates," she told the cheering audience. "I need a hot guy. Where are all the hot guys tonight?"
ET confirmed that Lucado was caught on film being unfaithful to Britney, and that papa Jamie Spears purchased the evidence so that it would not go out to the public.
But regardless of her love life, these are happy times for Britney.
On Wednesday, she obviously enjoyed herself celebrating "Britney Day."
"#BritneyDay was so special today. Thank you to everyone who came & to the city of Las Vegas for making this possible!" she wrote on Instagram.
