Even Taylor Swift's cat is not safe from the negative comments.

Taylor Swift only has two cats, but they have been getting a lot of attention and even some scrutiny.

Swift's cat, Olivia Benson, named after Mariska Hargitay's popular Law and Order: Special Victims Unit character looks like this.

British actor and comedian John Cleese had biting words for the pop singer’s cat.

On BBC America's The Graham Norton Show on Friday, Cleese says this about Olivia, "How did it have the accident?"

Confused, the "Shake It Off" singer asks him, "What accident?"

To which he responds, "Is that a proper cat or is it damaged?" He then says, "That’s the weirdest cat I’ve ever seen in my life."

Swift then gets the claws and calls Cleese's cat, as seen in the below picture, "a monster."

You can see cat them comparing cats in this video.

After they talk cats, Cleese ends the conversation with, "I much prefer cats. They're unpredictable and cussed…like women, you know?"
