Inside Heidi Montag's Implant Removal Surgery

Reality star Heidi Montag recently sat down with ET's Brooke Anderson to talk about her experience with plastic surgery and allowed our cameras inside of her recent procedure.

Amongst other plastic surgeries she's had performed on her body, Montag had a second breast augmentation a few years ago to increase to size F cup. Although she enjoyed the look, her implants caused her serious health issues and forced her to recently have them removed.

"I do regret getting the implants," she candidly admitted to ET. "...My new doctor was like, 'You should never have been allowed by the doctor to get implants this big. ... I put my security and sexuality in my breast size instead of my confidence."

As a result of her implants, the 27-year-old reality celebrity says she's experienced major health problems, including a ruptured disc in her neck, muscular and spinal damage to her back, and numbness in her arm due to pinched nerves.

After grappling with pain for a few years, Montag had her F-cup implants replaced by D-cup implants and allowed ET inside the operating room for her procedure.
