Lindsay Lohan Checks Into Court-Ordered Rehab
Lindsay Lohan's lawyer says the actress checked into rehab on Thursday, but the facility has not been officially sanctioned by the court that ordered her to serve 90 days of treatment.
Attorney Mark Jay Heller told LA Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney that Lohan, 26, had checked into Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, CA, according to the Associated Press.

But prosecutors said they haven't had enough time to investigate whether the rehab center meets the requirements of Lohan's sentence imposed after she pleaded no contest to reckless driving and lying to police following a car accident last June.
The judge indicated that Lohan should remain in the program for now and instructed prosecutors to inform him by May 10 whether prosecutors approve of the facility.
