Hugh Hefner's Wedding Called Off

Hugh Hefner announced Tuesday that his wedding to Crystal Harris has been canceled.

The octogenarian twice-divorced Playboy founder tweeted Tuesday, "The wedding is off. Crystal has had a change of heart."

Crystal posted an update to her web site Tuesday, writing, "After much deep reflection and thought I have decided to end my engagement with Hef. I have the utmost respect for Hef and wish him the best going forward. I hope the media will give each of us the privacy we deserve during this time."

A tweet by Crystal may reveal more. She wrote on Monday night, "There are two mistakes one can make along the road to truth...not going all the way, and not starting."

The nuptials were to have taken place at the Playboy Mansion on June 18, this coming Saturday.
