The former 'Glee' star filed to dismiss her divorce request in October, before she was arrested late last month for domestic battery.
Naya Rivera's divorce is back on.
The former Glee star refiled to divorce husband Ryan Dorsey, according to court documents obtained by ET. Rivera cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for divorce and is asking for joint custody of the couple's 2-year-old son Josey, as well as for neither party to have to pay child support.
The 30-year-old actress initially filed for divorce in Nov. 2016, after two years of marriage. However, in Oct. 2017, Rivera filed to dismiss the divorce. However, on Nov. 25, Rivera was arrested in Kanawha County, West Virginia, and charged with domestic battery against her husband, a spokesperson for the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office told ET.
While her original divorce filing listed the date of separation as "TBD," in her new filing, the separation date is listed as Nov. 24, one day before the alleged incident with her now-ex took place.
ET has previously reached out to Rivera's rep for comment.
