Dad Kanye is the best Kanye!
Hearing Kanye West talk about his family is just the best thing.
The Life of Pablo rapper stopped by the Big Boy's Neighborhood radio show on L.A.'s Real 92.3 radio station on Friday to drop the opening single off the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music album Cruel Summer, but he couldn't stop gushing about his wife Kim Kardashian West and their two children.
"I'm crazy about my kids," the 38-year-old artist told the radio host. "I'm crazy about Kim."
"I want to learn what my daughter has to say, what she learns," he added of his daughter, North. "I just want to learn how she learns in this world. I'm extremely protective."
Kanye also said that when he left his shoe deal with Nike to go to Adidas, he did it "to make a better life for my daughter."
And while the rapper confessed that "being married is not a normal rap topic," he went on to share that the challenge of making music and raising a family has only helped his creativity.
"When you do have parameters to rap in -- like Eminem couldn't say the N-word and it forced him to think of every word possible," Kanye explained. "Now he's one of the greatest rappers."

Kanye also addressed this popular misconception regarding his wife -- the idea that he dresses her.
"Nah, she tells me what to wear," Kanye laughed. "We both love clothes. We both worked in clothes from, I'ma say, grammar school. We only worked in clothing stores. I worked at the Gap and she worked at a store called Body."

Later, Kanye brought up the fact that Kim doesn't always understand some of the choices he makes when it comes to his now-notorious Twitter feed. What's more, the rapper admitted that he spends a great deal of time reading comments about himself online.
"Hypebeast is one of my favorite sites to go to and they're hilarious," he said. "Just the funniest comments. I got this line on 'Saint Pablo,' 'Checking Instagram comments to crowdsource my self esteem.'"
Now, to the music. Kanye dropped "Champion," a banger of a track that includes collaborations with the likes of "Panda" rapper Desiigner, Travis Scott, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, and the newly released from prison, Gucci Mane.
When talking about his music, Kanye gave some of those classic Kanye quotes that we all know and... feel very strongly about one way or the other.
"I'm a champion. I'm a winner. I came to innovate. I came to change," he told host Big Boy. "This is like Michael Jackson level."

"You need a guy like me in the game," Kanye continued. "I only know how to give a thousand percent."
And at the heart of all the Kanye-ness is a desire to be a good father, and making music just for the fun of it a few years from now.
"I don't wanna have to be doing 'Gold Digger' when I'm 50 years old," the rapper shared. "I wanna be doing it for fun. Joking around. I don't wanna be having to do it. I know I got rich people problems -- that's the only problems I wanna have."
Well, in addition to rich people problems, Kanye almost had the problem of being left behind by his wife while he fell asleep on a park bench.
