ET has the exclusive premiere of Adam Levine's new video for his emotional ballad, "Go Now."
The emotional tune is from the upcoming movie, Sing Street, which opens in theaters on April 15. The video features clips of from the film intercut with shots of Levine in a recording booth belting out the moving lyrics.

"You're never gonna go, if you don't go now," Levine croons.
Sing Street is a musical drama set in 1980s Dublin, Ireland, where a young boy escapes his strained family life by starting a band and moving to London.
The Maroon 5 frontman enlisted the help of an unlikely writing partner for the song -- the movie's director, John Carney. Levine and Carney became close while working together on Begin Again.

In the 2014 film, Levine starred as Keira Knightley's songwriting partner and lover, who lands a record deal which forces the couple to move to New York. Once they get to the Big Apple, their relationship is challenged by the temptations that come with newfound success.
