The songstress -- also known as Robert Pattinson's girlfriend -- appears with a full, bare baby-bump in the new music video for "Glass & Patron," unveiled on Monday as part of the YouTube Music Awards. The online-only event features a slew of brand-new music videos, including offerings from Charli XCX, Ed Sheeran, Martin Garrix feat. Usher, Migos and more.

Though twigs has been known for eye-popping videos in the past, the party gets real weird around the 01:00-mark of her new clip when, after some bump-caressing, she gives birth to "the most epic vogue battle of all time" (according to a press release). Before the rumor mill gets started: the 27-year-old does not appear to be pregnant in real life. Later in the video, twigs (and her taut tummy) appear in a strappy red midriff-baring number. Earlier this year, she showed off her flawless physique in a topless cover for V magazine.
According to Pitchfork, "Glass & Patron" was co-written and co-produced by Boots and will feature on twigs' new EP, expected out later this year.
