The '19 You + Me' singers served as one of the opening acts on Shelton's 'Ten Times Crazier' tour, and they're loving every wild minute.
On October 14, 2013, Dan + Shay’s debut single "19 You + Me" was released to radio, and nothing has been the same for the duo since.
The song became their breakout hit, cracking the Billboard Hot 100 and landing at No. 22 on the Country Airplay chart.
"It's been a crazy year," Dan Smyers tells ETonline's Sophie Schillaci. "It's been incredible."

Among the highlights: hearing their song on the radio for the first time and a chance encounter with Keith Urban.
"We grew up listening to Keith Urban," Dan says. "He came up to us at an awards show and was like, 'Hey guys, I love the single.' We were like, 'Somebody paid him to say that!'"
The guys just wrapped opening act duties on Blake Shelton's Ten Times Crazier tour. Not a bad gig -- especially for a duo that prides themselves on being crazy.
"You gotta be crazy to hang with us," Shay Mooney declares. It's fitting, then, that they have a regular behind-the-scenes series on AT&T's U-verse called Just the Right Kind of Crazy.

And if there's one thing we know about Shelton, it's that he loves to raise a glass. In fact, they say that Blake welcomed them to his tour with a cold Bud Light. "There's a lot of craziness between the three of us, for sure," says Shay. "It's been fun."
The guys are headlining their own U.S. tour this month before joining Hunter Hayes on the second leg of his Tattoo (Your Name) Tour. The schedule doesn’t leave much time for recording new music, but Dan + Shay say they're doing their best to keep writing.
"Whenever we can, that's our favorite thing to do," says Shay, revealing that they had written about 130 songs before releasing their debut album, Where It All Began.
Dan + Shay only met two years ago, but this pair already knows each other pretty well. We decided to put them to the test and dig a little deeper into their dynamic. Find out who's bunk is messier, who is the better cook and who's addicted to texting in the video above.
