The people of the Dominican Republic government commission are definitely not Smilers.

Miley Cyrus was scheduled to perform in the Dominican Republic on September 13, but the commission has banned said performance on the grounds of morality.

In a statement issued on Thursday to the Associated Press, the commission said the 21-year-old often "undertakes acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law.”

Tickets for the show had been on sale since July.

Whether it's Miley's twerking, her cursing, or her pro-drug message, the nation is just not interested. Either way, her flying wiener is probably not helping matters. Check it in ET Now's video above.
