It appears it's back on for on-again, off-again couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez.
People reports that Bieber, 20, and Gomez, 21, met up again in McAllen, Texas Friday for breakfast and shopping, where they allegedly weren't shy about packing on the PDA.

"They were kissing," the magazine quotes Lori Johnson, manager of Don Pepe's Mexican restaurant, where the two reportedly dined. "They were sitting next to each other hugging and kissing in front of the staff. They weren't hiding it and seemed to be boyfriend and girlfriend."
They also reportedly hit-up Action Dance Studio, where the two appear to be caught on tape together.
"They were dancing together and playing around," owner Yaiz Cruz said.
Bieber further fueled the speculation Sunday, when he tweeted, "saw a great show last night!," which many speculate was Gomez's performance at the 2014 BorderFest concert in Texas on Saturday evening -- her first show since her stint in rehab earlier this year.
Gomez herself seemed to address all the tabloid speculation surrounding her at her Sunday night RodeoHouston performance.
"There's a lot of speculation and a lot of things being said. No one is perfect. And everyone learns from their mistakes. And everyone makes mistakes," she said, via the Houston Chronicle. "And I would not be on this stage if it weren't for people like you to remind me that everyone is human. I hope I can inspire people like you to do whatever you want to do with your life."
