There’s a new angry bird in town!
Sean Penn is lending his voice to a character in the upcoming Angry Birds movie, and in ET's exclusive clip, fans can get a first look at Penn’s character, Terence, a massive red bird who only communicates in grunts and growls.

Terence meets the other birds, Red (Jason Sudeikis) and Bomb (Danny McBride) at an anger management class, mediated by Matilda (Maya Rudolph).
“These guy are all nuts, huh big man?” Red offers. Terence just growls.
“Are we speaking telepathically, or…,” he tries again, to more grunts. “Good talk.”

We’ll have to wait until next month to see how Terence factors into the movie, but judging by this clip, Penn seems angling for a Groot-like role in the Angry Birds ‘verse. See more action in the film’s trailer below!
