Henry Cavill suits up for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Warner Bros. released the first look at Henry Cavill suited-up as Superman in the highly anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice film Thursday morning, featuring a smoldering Cavill in the rain in what appears to be Gotham City.
Cavill will of course reprise his Clark Kent role from Man of Steel in the film, and will star opposite Ben Affleck as Batman.

The big reveal coincides with a new USA Today interview with director Zack Snyder, who dished that Cavill is a lot more comfortable this time around playing the iconic character.
"We've both created this guy and we can push him around a little bit," he tells USA Today. "The more time I spend with Henry, the more he's Superman to me."
And there's no downplaying the significance of the upcoming film, out April 29, 2016, on the fans.

"You can talk all you want about other superhero movies, but it's Batman and Superman, let's just be honest," Snyder says. "I don't know how you get bigger than that."
