Woodley and Elgort play lovers in The Fault in Our Stars, but what is their relationship like in real life? Woodley explained the nature of their relationship to ET on the red carpet at the premiere of The Fault in Our Stars Monday in New York City.

"Ansel and I have such a natural love and respect for one," said Woodley. "But we definitely have more of a brother sister relationship in our real lives."
Woodley and Elgort also told ET about the importance of their new film, and it's message of getting the most out of every day.
"I think people are going to leave with a new found celebration of life," Woodley said, smiling.
