First Look: '50 Shades' Stars Cover EW

Here's the first look at Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson in character as the S&M couple Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.

The Fifty Shades Of Grey co-stars cover the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly and open up about their highly sexual roles. "Obviously, I want to look good naked," Johnson, 24, confesses to the magazine. "I totally understand now why people exercise, because it kind of f**king feels awesome."

Meanwhile, Dornan, 31, isn't so apprehensive about undressing for the cameras, telling EW that he's a "fairly worldly guy." The actor adds, "I grew up in a very liberal place. I'm not saying we had a playroom, but I'm not shocked by [the sex in the book]. It's essential to tell the story. I can't believe films that don't invoke the sexual side of it. So it works for me."

On the cover, Johnson does her best impression of the virginal Anastasia, while Dornan has a tie wrapped around his hands to look like the one Christian uses in the book to bind up his inexperienced lover.

Production of the erotic E.L. James book-turned-movie begins shooting in Vancouver, the same place that Twilight shot scenes, on Dec. 2, and is set to be released on Valentine's Day, 2015.
