The teams will start their adventure in Washington Square Park in New York City before traveling to their first destination, Iceland. Over the season, the contestants will travel to 10 countries, 21 cities and over 29,000 miles to cross the finish line and collect a prize of $1 million.
The Amazing Race, hosted by Phil Keoghan, returns Wednesday, Jan. 3 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
