The momager also revealed news about son Rob Kardashian's legal battles during Sunday night's mid-season premiere of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians.'
Keeping Up With the Kardashians returned on Sunday night -- without Kylie Jenner.
The 20-year-old reality star's absence is not exactly atypical these days, but even without screentime, Kylie still caused a frenzy.
The makeup maven called her mom on Sunday's episode to reveal that she caught one of her employees taking photos of her from inside her own home, leading her mom, Kris, to freak out about her "certain situation."
"I feel really bad for Kylie because there's always somebody that's trying to exploit a certain situation,” said Kris, who considered having the person "arrested."
“To have somebody in her own home trying to snap pictures they shouldn’t be snapping is really, really stressful,” she added. “You want to be able to trust the people that you’re surrounded by, but we have to really be on alert at all time, and that’s extremely upsetting when you feel like you can’t be in your own bedroom or bathroom.”
Kylie has largely stayed out of the public eye since ET learned in September that she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott. A source told ET last week that the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has been taking some time to herself.
“[Kylie’s] worked hard her entire life and being a mother will be a lot of work, so now is a chance for her to recharge,” the source said.
During the premiere, Kris also had to deal with son Rob Kardashian's current legal battle with Blac Chyna. During a check-in call, the 30-year-old sock designer revealed that he was in the middle of an 8-hour mediation with his ex-fiance, Blac Chyna. But later in the episode, Kris told daughter Khloe Kardashian that Rob's negotiations were over, saying, "We're done with this thing." Though she did not reveal exactly how it had ended, the 62-year-old momager explained that Chyna would "sign, whatever, the family law agreement."
As for Kylie, she is expected to make an appearance on Monday's episode as part of KUWTK's two-night event -- with many fans expecting her to finally confirm her pregnancy.
