A source tells ET the reality star's friends and family are absolutely 'thrilled' about the arrival of her baby girl.
Khloe Kardashian isn't letting relationship drama get in the way of her happiness.
The 33-year-old reality star gave birth to her first child, a baby girl, with Tristan Thompson around 4 a.m. ET on Thursday, and a source tells ET that she was surrounded by love at a hospital outside of Cleveland, Ohio.
According to our source, Khloe's mom, Kris Jenner, sisters, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, and best friend, Malika Haqq, were all in the delivery room when the newborn, who has yet to be named, arrived. "Baby and mom are healthy," the source says.
The source also tells us that Tristan was at the hospital for the birth, amid reports this week that he allegedly cheated on Khloe with multiple women. This is the NBA star's second child. He is also a father to 1-year-old son, Prince, from a previous relationship.
"It wasn’t exactly how we expected it to happen," an additional source close to the Kardashians tells ET, adding that the family is united at this time and thrilled for Khloe and her baby. "But for now, all anyone cares about and is talking about is the baby. Everyone is thrilled! Despite everything else going on, this is an incredibly happy day. The drama isn’t going to overshadow that."
As previously reported, another source told ET on Tuesday that Khloe's family were all "rallying around her" amid Tristan's infidelity scandal, and that they tried to make sure Khloe focused on "having a healthy experience."
The source said that the allegations came as a shock to the Kardashian family, who "really like Tristan and have welcomed him into their family."
In the days leading up to her due date, before the allegations surfaced, Khloe spent her time keeping a low profile, relaxing at the couple's home in Cleveland and taking to Instagram and Snapchat to document the final days of her pregnancy journey.
