A source tells ET that "things have been surprisingly very calm" in the new mom's home.
Khloe Kardashian is putting all the drama aside for now as she focuses on her newborn daughter.
The 33-year-old reality star's boyfriend and father of her child, Tristan Thompson, found himself at the center of a cheating scandal last week when a video surfaced of him allegedly kissing another woman. A few days after the footage was released, Khloe gave birth to her first child at a hospital outside Cleveland, Ohio.
Now, a source close to the Kardashians tells ET that the new mom is trying to keep the peace with Tristan. "She and Tristan aren’t arguing and things have been surprisingly very calm,” the source says.
That being said, the cheating allegations against the 27-year-old athlete have taken a toll on Khloe, but at the moment, she has "has no plans to leave" him.
"Having your first baby and finding out your baby's father might have cheated is hard for any new mom," the source notes. "But for Khloe, the public embarrassment has made it much worse. She doesn't know what to believe."
While Tristan lives in Ohio when he's playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers, the source says Khloe wants their baby girl to grow up in California. "She does want to raise her baby in [Los Angeles], but for now, will go back and forth."
As for what her sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian West, think of Tristan allegedly stepping out on Khloe, the source says, "Kim and Kourtney love Khloe, but when it comes to Tristan, she has not taken their advice and they believe she deserves better."
The source adds, "Kim and Kourtney have not been pushing Khloe to leave Tristan at the moment."
Last week, a source told ET that a breakup is "not even on the table right now."
"They are both 100 percent committed to moving past this and focusing on the overwhelming joy they have in their life right now with their new daughter," the source added. "Tristan knows he's got to step up now though and can't screw up."
