Lauer was fired by NBC on Wednesday for alleged inappropriate sexual behavior.
NBC might not have heard any complaints about Matt Lauer's behavior until this week, but that doesn't mean his record was necessarily squeaky clean.
Shortly after the network announced that the Today co-host had been fired for alleged inappropriate sexual behavior on Wednesday, a clip resurfaced online of Katie Couric revealing that Lauer pinched her "on the a** a lot."
Couric was a guest on Watch What Happens Live in 2012, and during a game of "Plead the Fifth," Andy Cohen asked her about Lauer's most annoying habit.
"He pinches me on the a** a lot," she revealed, to which Cohen replied, 'Wow! I wouldn't have a problem with that."

Couric served as Lauer's Today show co-host from 1997 to 2006. Ann Curry, who shared the table with Lauer in 2011, told People on Wednesday that she was "still processing" the news of Lauer's firing, while a source told ET that his current co-host, Savannah Guthrie, "took the news the hardest."
