The news comes as a source tells ET that the couple are discussing 'marriage and what their long-term plan is.'
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are in it for the long haul.
The couple recently dropped $15.3 million on a New York apartment together, The Wall Street Journal reports.
According to the listing, the couple's 4,000 square foot new pad sits at 432 Park Avenue, the world's tallest residential tower, and boasts three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, with sweeping views of the city and Central Park. Lopez and Rodriguez will have access to 30,000 square feet of amenities, like a lounge, private restaurant, indoor swimming pool, fitness center and a screening and performance venue.
The news comes as Lopez recently listed her former New York penthouse at $26,95 million, after purchasing the unit for $20.2 million in 2014. A source told ET, meanwhile, that the superstar and her boyfriend have talked about their future and marriage, and are living together with their children.
"J.Lo and A-Rod are on the same page and want the same things. They've discussed marriage and what their long-term plan is," the source said.
"They complement each other well. They are both driven businesspeople with the same background and are passionate about their charitable efforts," the source continued. "Their families are now blended and live together."
Lopez and Rodriguez just celebrated their 1-year anniversary, but it's clear they're the real deal.
"It's crazy. We both are so happy about our lives right now and where we're at professionally, as well as personally," Lopez told ET in February. "You know. Just things seem to be flowing in a really beautiful way. We both have a lot of support for each other and a lot of love for each other."
