This might be the Dawson's Creek star best look yet.
This might be Katie Holmes' best look yet.
The 38-year-old actress showed up to the 2017 Fragrance Foundation Awards, presented by Hearst magazines, at Alice Tully Hall in New York City on Wednesday night, and turned heads in a Zac Posen ivory, flower-embroidered gown. While the look totally worked on the red carpet, it would also make a great wedding gown for all the brides out there.

Holmes paired the look with Lorraine Shwartz jewelry and wore her hair wavy and tussled. "Thank you @FragranceFDTN #TFFAwards for a wonderful night," the Dawson's Creek star posted to Instagram after the event. "Such an honor to attend and present!"
In addition, she shared a photo of her elaborate flower rings, writing: "Magical night."
Holmes also had a stand-out Zac Posen style at this year's Met Gala, and dished to ET about her outfit. "This was the only one I tried on," she shared. "I love this dress because of the care that is taken into create something like this. Every ruffle is its own pattern, and there's so much thought and detail in it. It's really an honor to wear it."
Holmes later revealed that she's saving some of her styles for her 11-year-old daughter, Suri Cruise. "I have a few of [my Met Gala dresses for Suri]," she said. "And a lot of them have gone back to the museums where they were."
