Stars Shine in Sequin Stunners

Talk about show stoppers! For the 2017 SAG Awards on Jan. 29, Williams looked lovely in a gold-and-silver striped dress by Louis Vuitton, which she paired with a skinny scarf, while Newton wowed in one of our favorite looks of the night, a whimsical Schiaparelli Couture gown featuring bird and horse embroidery. 

Williams' BFF also opted for sparkles on the SAG Awards red carpet, opting for a camo-inspired column dress in shades of purple and a bold plum lip. Philipps even posted a selfie with Williams to Instagram that night captioned, "Sequins all day everyday."

The black-ish star looked radiant in this fun striped Naeem Khan gown, which she paired with delicate gold jewelry by Jane Taylor and lilac nails. 

Yowza! The Orange Is the New Black star flashed a lot of leg in this low-cut, cut-out plum gown by Malan Breton, which was paired with a matching gem-encrusted clutch, peep-toe pumps and lip.

The quirky Hidden Figures star put her own spin on a classic tuxedo, stepping out at Marie Clarie's Image Maker Awards in L.A. on Jan. 10. in a sequined black-and-white dress, complete with a bow tie.

Stylist Karla Welch revealed to The Telegraph that it took 120 hours to make this gorgeous Louis Vuitton creation, designed especially by the fashion house's creative director Nicolas Ghesquiere for Negga's Golden Globes appearance on Jan. 8. The dress featured a combination of rose gold, yellow gold and silver paillettes that were sewn on by hand. We totally agree with Welch that the dress is "a work of art."

The Kylie Lip Kit creator rocked a slinky silver number that highlighted every curve at NBCUniversal's Golden Globes after-party on Jan. 8.
