The professional surfer is already mom to 2-year-old son Tobias.
Congrats to Bethany Hamilton!
The professional surfer -- famous for making a miraculous comeback to the waves after her arm was bitten off by a shark in 2003 -- took to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal that she welcomed her second child, alongside a sweet family photo.
"We are overjoyed to welcome our son Wesley Phillip Dirks into the world! It’s been a beautiful time getting life started with the four of us! We are thankful to God for our two lil guys!!!" she captioned the photo, which shows her holding baby Wesley, while her husband, Adam Dirks, holds their 2-year-old son, Tobias.
Hamilton announced she was expecting baby No. 2 in October and kept fans updated on her pregnancy along the way.
"Baby is getting big!" she wrote alongside a pic of her baby bump earlier this month. "Had a lovely walk in this morning with @sarahrhill and finished with soaking it up in the cold refreshing river! #happypregnant."
Hamilton opened up about the challenges of motherhood while pregnant with her first child in 2015.
"Motherhood with one arm, I've been kind of thinking about it. I often forget that I have one arm, but when I think about a squirming baby, changing the diaper and just me and this squirmy baby. It could be really challenging," she said, promising that like much else in her life, she'll learn to adapt to the challenge.
