Allison Janney brings her beau -- who's 20 years younger -- to the Emmys.
Get it, girl!
Allison Janney, who took the Emmy home for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role on Mom on Sunday, had someone special to celebrate with -- her attractive boyfriend, 35-year-old Philip Joncas. The couple turned heads with their sweet display of PDA before Janney, 55, went on stage to accept her award.

The pair made a stunning duo on the red carpet on Sunday, with the statuesque Janney wowing in a backless, embroidered Labourjoisie gown.
Joncas is also involved in the entertainment industry, and they actually worked together on 2013's The Way Way Back, when he worked as a production coordinator. The award-winning actress has been dating Joncas for at least a year now, as he was pictured sweetly kissing her on the cheek last June at the Critics' Choice Television Awards.
While Janney was mum on her beau when ET caught up with her backstage after her big win, she did share that she was "very humbled" by the award. She also explained why she memorably decided to sing a part of her acceptance speech!
"Well I decided sometimes lists get so boring and I thought maybe I'll just sing it, you know?" Janney said. "No idea what key I was singing, in or what song, but I just thought it would be more interesting to listen to if I sang it."
