Nelly's Secret to a Long Career in Music

Nelly performed Sunday with Florida Georgia Line at the Teen Choice Awards at the Gibson Amphitheater.

Backstage, after the show, Nelly shared the secret to having a long career.

"Versatility," said Nelly. "You have to be versatile in this business because there is a constant change in this business. If you don't change or try to adapt – not really compromise yourself but just adapt. We all make mistakes, we all try new things, some work, some don’t. You just have to be willing to take those chances."
